Consultant and Clinical Care Coordinator
Sharon attended Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, Arkansas. She worked four years as a paralegal in Memphis, Tennessee, specializing in the area of medical malpractice. After moving to Conway, she began working as patient care coordinator for a plastic surgeon. She is also a licensed dental assistant and is knowledgeable in all areas of cosmetic medicine.
Linda Collins, M.A.
Laser Tech.
Linda is originally from California and a former cosmetologist. After relocating to Arkansas she attended Remington College in Little Rock and received her certification as a Medical Assistant in 2003. She has experience in obstetrics as well as occupational medicine. Linda joined Dr. Meador in 2005 where she received her certification as a laser tech.

Teresa comes to us with eleven years of nursing experience. She graduated from Eastern Oklahoma State College, received her nursing degree in 1996, and works at Conway Regional Hospital. Before joining the staff at Conway CosMedic, Teresa spent two years as a clinical nurse with a plastic surgeon. She is a certified laser tech and has completed Botox and dermal filler training.
Melanie Thomas, RN
Melanie comes to us with 7 years experience as a plastic surgeon's assistant. She graduated, with honors, as a Registerd Nurse and also works as the Assistant Director of Nursing at the Arkansas Heart Hospital located in Little Rock, Arkansas.
